Since the launch of the Aptos mainnet in October 2022, there have been several educational projects which have contributed to the learning resources on Aptos. One of them was the EasyA App, which features educational courses for a number of different blockchains that users can do right on their mobile devices. I wrote an article about this on February 28th around the time when it was introduced:
On July 27th, Move Spiders, one of the great educational projects and learning resources on Aptos, published this post which highlighted several of the different learning avenues for aspiring Move developers on Aptos.
There is also a recent Move Bootcamp hosted by Encode Club with software engineers from Aptos Labs.
