Hi, it’s a bit tricky tbh. I would advise you to go to their discord server and in the channel " helpful links" there is one called " liquid markets " In there you have all the contract adresses for each type of asset depending on the bc of origin.

I have only used the layerzero bridge so I can only say about this that I have a great experience with it.

For my experiences the Aptos bridge from EVM chains which uses layer zero is very smooth and the interface was very clear and beginner friendly.
The wormhole bridge also worked fine but I didn’t find the interface as good and the transaction took longer.
What are everyone else thoughts?
