Since Ukraine is not a CIS region, I propose to add a separate region “Ukrainian”
There is much active users who speak ukrainian language and don’t speak russian

yes, i think this is a fair idea. i think youll have to go straight to moderators though, perhaps one of them can help with this. for example Brazil was proposed as a region as well.
