APY is around 7% in general and you can do delegated staking through the official Aptos explorer page in the validator section.

Individual wallets cannot participate in voting. Only validator nodes can vote. Users can comment on proposals but they can’t vote unless they have a validator node which requires 1M APT.
Oh wow, didn’t know that, thank you for the insight!

Hi everyone! I know this thread is quite old, but questions about Aptos staking are still relevant, especially for newcomers.
I see there’s been discussion here about different options for delegation. Besides the official explorer and wallets mentioned, other interesting validators are also emerging now. For example, if anyone is looking for new options, you might want to check out our validator, aptcore.one, at aptcore.one. You can typically find current information on APY and conditions directly on validator websites.
