It’s never too late because the Ecosystem is full of projects who announced their airdrops or were supported by Aptos team. 
As example, you can join the Mercato Mania and be among the first, you know. 
Luckily managed to make it to quest and now looking forward to quest 4. Been quite enjoyable!!
I hope not… anybody knows if is it possible to buy OATs from the quest you missed?
You can but they aren’t official collections. The OATs are not meant for trading, and anyone can just claim a few OATs and sell them in unofficial collections on marketplaces, but they are not meant for this.
