I saw a few guides, but they required the installation of Visual Studio and basic programming knowledge.

It seems like no one has shared any links. There are a couple of ways. You can do it through the pump.fun-like platform on Aptos which is Uptos pump, you can do it through ecosystem projects like Pontem, and you can also do it in a more technical manner through the Aptos documents for creating your first coin. The sources are as follows:

liquidswap’s token creator was the cheap and easy option for me, is there a website to send tokens out to a list with one transaction?
