Follow the below-mentioned steps and wait until Monday US hours for the verification. You need to complete a minimum of two tasks:

2. Bid/buy/sell any NFT on platforms such as Mercato , Topaz

I do not understand your situation very well . But I suggest you to do all task - if it is needed , again- from the same wallet preferred “Petra” wallet .

Buy sell bid and mint nft from wapal , mercato , topaz … then submit the google form.

Either submit the address from which you performed the task and connect that wallet on Galaxe (Petra) to claim the OAT. OR you can perform the task from the Wallet which is connected to Galaxe and submit form. Verification is still going on. Chill
