Oh it’s nothing difficult actually, just be active here. Spend sometime, interract with post and with time the mods (team) would upgrade your role. As for posting, spend some time and you’ll be granted role and you’ll see it on the top right of your page. Badges and the rest would be given the more you contribute to the community.
